What counts as a user?
A user is any credentialed daily trusted employee, staff, or vendor with internet access. Included users are cumulative, meaning 10 sites would afford up to 500 users across all locations. Each location is also afforded up to 250 peak guest users for guest WiFi access.
Do Multiple Buildings Count As Separate Location?
Locations are generally considered separate based on physical address. Campus style multiple building locations still count as one location as long as they are members of the same parent site. Customers can use additional WAN networks for same site buildings and additional networks can be purchased.
What If I Burst Over My User Count?
A user is any unique person using an internet connected device on your network on a typical day. This could be an employee, customer, vendor, or guest. We do not count multiple devices per user or IoT devices in this total.
Can I Tunnel Multiple Locations Through A Single Connection?
Customers who tunnel traffic from multiple locations through a single connection should contact us for pricing and cannot be used with single site plans.
