What counts as a user?
A user is any daily user including staff, contractors, vendors, or guests. Non internet using staff are not counted in totals. To count guest users estimate average concurrent daily guest users across top 3 weekly days.
Are there any minimums?
Their is a minimum of 30 users for an account and 15 users per site/location.
What If I Burst Over My User Count?
Temporary bursting over user peak is allowed as long as the 7 day average remains stable below user allotment. In cases where user count appears to exceed selected plan we will reach out to upgrade.
Can I Tunnel Multiple Locations Through A Single Connection?
Yes, as long as the users counts are within purchased amounts.
