By accessing or using ScoutDNS services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

ScoutDNS provides DNS filtering, threat protection, and network visibility services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt our services
  • Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
  • Use our services to transmit malware or harmful code

5. Payment Terms

Paid services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Service Level Agreement

ScoutDNS commits to 99.99% uptime for our DNS resolution services. Service credits may be available for verified downtime exceeding this commitment.

7. Limitation of Liability

ScoutDNS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our services.
