What counts as a seat?

A seat represents either a network user or a user device, whichever number is greater. In most cases, companies can use the number of active employee email accounts as a good estimate for their seat count.

Are there any minimums?

There is a minimum of 25 users per account and 10 users per site/location.

What about guest Wi-Fi?

Guest usage of up to 10% of your purchased seat count is included. If you expect guest usage to exceed 10% of your total seats, we offer Guest Wi-Fi licenses based on the number of access points providing guest wireless.

Can I Tunnel Multiple Locations Through A Single Connection?

Yes, as long as the total user count across all locations stays within your purchased seat amount. All account usage is monitored to ensure fair licensing, and accounts that significantly exceed their seat limits will need to purchase additional seats.
