Pricing FAQ
What is the difference in pricing models?
FLEX Query can be good for MSPs that have a good understanding of how to manage their query counts. FLEX Seat provides some stability linked to installed seats.
Are there any minimums?
There is a minimum $50/month regardless if you choose per query or per seat pricing.
What counts as a seat?
A seat is any active roaming client deployed and/or 150,000 queries made from non-roaming client network usage.
How many pricing tiers are there?
Both per query and per seat models have 5 tiers with lower per seat/query cost based on selected tier.
Who handles support?
In our MSP model, we support the MSP and the MSP supports the end customer.
Can we integrate into our systems?
We provide self managed API tokens but you an also Contact us for any special API integration requests.
