Back to the Blog

Going into 2019 we re-branded to ScoutDNS in order to better reflect our expanding customer base. Although we had started out as a service dedicated to nonprofits, it didn’t take long for organizations of all types to take interest in a better way to filter and secure their networks at the DNS layer. From government entities, to retail, to healthcare, these organizations are choosing ScoutDNS, making DNS filtering a core component for smart network security. In launching the new site, I had to take out the blog in order to make things fit together properly. Being an early bootstrapped startup at the time, marketing activities have always taken backseat to product, and so it just took longer to bring the blog back online.

As you can see, the time has come to re-launch our blog. You can expect me to share all the cool things we are working on here in addition to exiting announcements, general security topics, and tips. Lastly, I want to say thank you to all the customer that have stuck with us as we have grown. Nearly 70% of customer that signed up in our first year (2017) are still with us today. Stay tuned, the best is yet to come.
